Just one hour by car from Rome, it is situated in the heart of the enchanting and scenic area of Sabina, near the beautiful Farfa river.
Rome is easily reachable in about 30 minutes from Fara Sabina Station just far 15 minutes by car from the Agriturismo Sant'Ilario sul Farfa.
You may taste typical regional dishes, prepared with the natural products of the farm house, in where you can also appreciate a fantastic view.
The cuisine includes courses made up with natural products as: extra virgin olive oil, wine, vinegar, jam, fruit, vegetables, legumes, eggs and white meat.
When weather is good, it is possible to have meal outside surrounded by the beauty and peace of the Farfa valley.
In certain seasons (or upon request) it is possible to attend cooking classes about local cuisine.
The cuisine is simple but tasty. Vegetables and fruits naturally cultivated are the most important ingredients of delicious courses.
